Orders ship within 1–3 business days of being placed. Delivery typically takes 10–18 business days depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order is on its way.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, on items in their original condition. To start a return, reply to your order confirmation email or write to hello@lanternhours.com with your order number. Shipping costs for returns are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged.

Iron and metal lanterns: wipe with a dry cloth and avoid prolonged exposure to rain. Glass panels: mild soap and water. Cement and concrete: keep dry. Seagrass and rattan trays: indoor use, away from moisture. Cotton hammocks: spot clean or hand-wash in cool water, air dry only. Outdoor textiles: shake clean, machine wash cold if labelled.

We don't currently offer formal wholesale, but if you're a shop, designer, or hotelier interested in carrying a small selection, get in touch and we'll see what makes sense.
