Shipping policy
We ship lanterns and the things around them — and we want you to know what to expect before you order.
Order processing
Orders are reviewed and prepared within 1–3 business days of being placed. You'll receive an order confirmation by email when we receive your order, and a separate shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order is dispatched.
Delivery times
Most orders arrive within 10–18 business days of dispatch, depending on your destination. Some pieces ship from our network of supplier partners and may transit through customs, which can extend delivery time during peak periods.
Shipping cost
Standard shipping is calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination. Free shipping promotions are announced at the cart when applicable.
Where we ship
We currently ship to the United States, United Kingdom, European Union, Canada, and Australia. If you don't see your country at checkout, write to hello@lanternhours.com and we'll let you know if we can arrange delivery.
Customs and duties
International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes assessed by your country's customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Lantern Hours has no control over these fees and cannot estimate them in advance.
Lost or damaged items
If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all within 30 business days of dispatch, write to hello@lanternhours.com with your order number and we'll work with you to find a resolution — replacement or refund, depending on the circumstance.
